Orders
How do I place an order?

To place an order, choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.

Once you’ve completed all the steps above, we will send you an email confirmation.

Can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Marc Brug account. Simply go to My Orders tab then click the link provided to see the status of your order.  If you don’t have an account with us we will send you an email confirmation once your order has been received. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. 

I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order.

Please check your e-mail including the spam folder. The e-mail might have been marked as spam by your e-mail provider. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please contact our customer support team (office@marcbrug.com).

How do I change or cancel my order?

We're sorry but in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we might be able to cancel or change it. In this case please contact our customer care team office@marcbrug.com.  If your order has been dispatched, please send it back once you’ve received it and follow our returns process. 

Returns and Exchange
I would like to return my order.

The orders can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. If you wish to return your order, please inform us about your revocation. You can do so by using our contact form, letter sent via post or by email. You might want to use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Please send the goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of the contract to the following address: Blue House Limited, 16 Thornberry Court, Craven Park, London, NW10 8GJ, United Kingdom.

Please make sure to include an overview of your order details in the parcel (the packing slip, invoice, or printed order confirmation, as well as the payment method), so we know who returned the goods. We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received and processed the return shipment, provided the watch is in its original condition. Please be aware, that the return costs are borne by the buyer and we don’t cover them in case of revocation.

Can I exchange the watch or bracelet I ordered?

Please return the product you ordered and order the product you want instead. We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received and processed your return shipment. If the product is damaged or faulty please contact our customer support (office@marcbrug.com).

Payments
Credit card payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Credit card payments are processed by STRIPE. We do not store any credit card numbers.

In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.

All prices on the Website include UK VAT at the applicable current rate applicable in the UK at the time of the order.

PayPal payments

If you want to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal and asked to log in to your account or pay as a guest (credit cards only). Now just select the desired payment method (PayPal balance, debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will ship your goods as soon as possible after we have received a confirmation from PayPal.

Amazon Payments

Amazon Payments enables Amazon customers to use the payment methods stored in their Amazon's account. 

You will be presented with Pay with Amazon button in-line with checkout. You will need to enter your Amazon username and password, select payment method and delivery address (from Amazon widgets) and confirm the payment.  We will ship your goods as soon as possible after we have received a confirmation from Amazon.

Please note: Due to Amazon limitations Amazon Payments can only be used if Pound (GBP) is set as a currency during the checkout. If you have Amazon account set up in Germany, France, Spain or Italy please feel free to display prices in EUR, GBP or USD but make sure that you switch to GBP in the checkout. Otherwise Amazon Payments yellow button at the bottom of the checkout won't be visible. We offer live (market) exchange rates.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland only), Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

Please note that for deliveries outside of the EU, customs duties and other local taxes may apply.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process and dispatch each order within 24hrs. All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery time varies and depends on the shipping address.

United Kingdom - 1-2 working days

EU countries 2-6 working days

USA / Canada 5-9 working day days

Warranty
How long is Marc Brüg Warranty?

The Marc Brüg grants you with a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase of your Marc Brüg products. This exists additionally to the legal warranty. Please refer to Terms of Use for the full warranty conditions. (link)

What is covered by Marc Brüg Warranty?

Marc Brüg warranty covers only manufacturing defects on the product itself: hands, dial, and watch movement. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Marc Brüg. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service:

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

- battery, case, glass, strap, or bracelet
- damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- water damage caused by inappropriate exposure to water (above the threshold indicated by the water resistant mark at the back of the watch).
- repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Marc Brüg retailer

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

Typically we would ask for photos of our watch styled as a part of your preppy casual outfit, featured in attractive locations or a flat image shot.
